@Brian Crecente: Why? It didn't stop Apple from selling boatloads of the iPad or iPhone 4. For luxury goods like these, there really doesn't seem to have been much of a hit.

@kasplat: Get back to me when there is a Starfox or Ocarina remake on either of those systems.

@turkish101: Or you can get it now as you don't know what's going to happen in a year. If you semi-want it now, you'll probably be ready to kill for it six months in. It's really simple either preorder now or wait a year and hope that Nintendo announces something.

@dowingba: After they preordered it last week. Because that's the only way they're getting one in March.

@nantukoprime: It's going to make finding a PS3 after launch, a cakewalk in comparison.

I thinks the better question is, are you willing to pay $400+ in the holiday season or potentially the summer when all the retailers are OOS and Nintendo's pumping out those games. Because they will be. I reserved a spot on Playasia for a Japanese version and those are going for roughly $500 already and don't kid

Before its time. I know people says this all the time but it's so applicable here. This demands to be re-released on the Move with improved graphics and it would be interesting to see them try a Kinect version.

@imsh_pl: Well failure is a subjective term but it certainly didn't live up to what Sony expected it to do. Part of the problem was the price and I don't think anyone would disagree with that. Yes the system isn't dead but it's currently last. Whether it does overtake the 360 or not eventually is somewhat

I would have laughed so hard if one of those pillows had snapped the kid's neck back and he had to go to the hospital. Not at the kid but at the dumbass parents who would be going to jail for throwing stuff at their kid, which was heavy enough to knock him down.

@imsh_pl: Oh no it fully deserves to be on that list. Sony paid a high price for the high price and really only started to catch up due to Slim sales (which had a much lower price point btw). The PS3 is certainly a failure compared to the success of the PS2.

@Hongo: Well they could release all of them together as a 'real' launch of sorts. That would generate a shitload of hype and shut people up about the games for a good good long while. Yes it could possibly cut into sales of some of the other games but it would generate such a fever for the 3DS that I doubt Nintendo

@tomatoshadow: If you can, assuming it isn't sold out everywhere.

@madog: Have fun trying to get it next Christmas on Ebay.

@dowingba: Well done. So sick of people hating sequels for just being sequels. If it's generic and bland then it's a generic and bland game, nothing to do with it being a sequel or not.

@Kakkoii: I wouldn't mind this being the future of gaming if they could somehow solve the walking problem.

@Pornosaur: It'll win the Editor's Choice Award but it'll lose the Reader's Award.

Does the space pope shit in the woods?

@DominusSapientia: I like achievements as a sense of self-achievement in that I've gotten good enough to beat a certain level. Just like Boy Scouts with their badges, having certain achievements give me a sort of self-pride. The feeling I got after seeing Achievement Unlocked after beating Mile High Club was
