The ZR1 should look like this instead of having that stupid "engine window". What was the inspiration for that? The car from Grease?

Doesn't practically every test mule have a hitch on it? For test gear maybe?

I'm pretty sure I know what my car's emblem means. I think the "V" is for "Volks" and the "W" is for "wagen". I don't know about the GTI part... Gran Tourismo... intelligent? injected? imitation?

@amblito: I think these were made for Ford by Kia or some other Korean maker.

@wheels OF satan!: I don't know what the difference between them is but yes, they are two different fuels.

My brother used to work at a company in Berkeley converting commercial vehicles to run on CNG. I'm guessing "cooking gas" means LPG though.

@Novaload: I call that color "OMG what did I eat or drink last night to make my crap that color orange"

The X6: for the driver who thinks: "I like the FX45 but I'm looking for something more expensive and less practical."

@TriShield: Uh, I think the performance Hybrid Accord flopped because the Accord is not a performance car. Using hybrid technology to improve acceleration wasn't something the typical Accord buyer would be interested in. Now, a hybrid G35 or Lexus IS would make perfect sense because improved efficiency + improved

@bozoerrebbe: Right on. Detroit needs to make the vehicles people want fuel efficient instead of trying to make people want fuel efficient vehicles. Only then will we have mass adoption of the newest efficiency technologies which will make the technologies cheaper, save more energy overall because more people are

@Charles_Barrett: According to the article she the nutcase lives on Cottage Grove Avenue in San Mateo... if you wanna go gawk or something

I think it's also worth mentioning that Alameda isn't pronounced in a Spanish way but rather Al-uh-mee-duh. Californians can always spot an out-of-towner when they try to pronounce historically Spanish place names because there's no way to know which ones have been anglicized.
