It looks like the Ivalice of XII is distant past for FFXIV (1500 years since Rabanastre predates the calamity of water), and the world of Tactics predates that.
**SPOILERS**
The ruins of Lesalia from FFTactics are found underneath the city of Rabanastre

Boredom is not an engaging character trait

Sorry, poorly-worded, I mean the Ivalice content is still going on, and he’s still involved. You were talking about it like he’d retired or something.

Matsuno’s writing for the Ivalice-related stuff in FFXIV

Matsuno and Ivalice are currently attached to FFXIV

I wish I knew which half of Stormblood Hiroshi Taki directed. The eastern half of the expansion had great characters and writing, while the Ala Mhigo half was just bland, mostly forgettable, and had Zenos.

Earth tones and EVERYTHING ON FIRE ORANGE.

Apple started the fire, then Epic poured gasoline on it. Burn ‘em both I say.

In an ideal world, both would burn. I’m just hoping both are wounded in the fight.

Uh oh, it’s not cool to like Advent Children, haven’t you heard? The cringe warriors will be all over now for the sin of daring to speak positively of it.

Link falls, final fight is Zelda against Calamity Ganon to seal him (maybe a mission for her to get Link to the shrine first). Pleeeeease, I need that ending

Heavensward was good, Stormblood was... mixed. Shadowbringer stands with the best the entire series has had to offer, MMO or not.

Please, I’m begging you, don’t comment on one thing without reading what immediately follows it. It’s the very next paragraph.

Nobody, as far as I can see. There’s like... two people saying the explanation is weird.

While I could handle the difficulty (and annoying random difficulty spikes), it was the grind that got to me. Cheatengine for upgrade points made everything better.

As long as it wasn’t the *first* time the credits rolled.

Look at Americans. We do dumb shit all the time. Hell we’re doing dumb shit right now. But we don’t try to pretend it didn’t happen.
