I do disagree about the extra features nowadays. We are regressing to the earlier days of DVD as far as extra content, even on blu-rays. Yeah, this scene was very poorly explained - no search warrants that we could see, what exactly what his "crime" was, etc. Just seemed like sloppy writing, unless they can explain it in the next episode.
