I work at a Subaru dealer, my GM recently went to a dealer meeting with SoA and one thing I can say with certainty is they are dropping the 6 cylinder altogether in the next few years in favor of MOAR TURBOSSS, for fuel economy reasons.

Although not quite as ugly, but still ugly, my in-laws have an ‘03 QX56, and hoo boy that thing is GREAT.

Also, they completely ditching the 6 cylinder soon in favor of MOAR TURBOSSS.

I started selling new Subarus in 2008. Every single year since then Subaru has increased in sales over the past year. Even in the economic downturn of 2009 (only us and Hyundai sold more than.the year prior during that recession).

The revised CVT in 2015+ is superb. They fixed what you don’t like.

Speaking as someone who’s been selling new and used Subarus for 8 years now, I can say that head gasket issues go alllll the way up to 2009 and counting. Fingers crossed that the new generation engine is OK.

Nobody wants to be putting good money into VW trade ins if they all are going to plummet due to reputation in the next few months.

Uh, its camera based, at least speaking of my Subaru, and it is designed to only kick in if the driver does not react. It beeps for like 2 seconds before slamming on the brakes.

The second I lay a leg over one of my mountain bikes, I give absolutely zero fucks about what anyone else thinks. Don’t make this into a bikes versus motorcycles thing. The sentiment of the video applies to both.

It could be a fastback like the first gen Mazda6 offered.
