Looks like they’ve added their lGbtq representation. lol

Thousands of QA testers screamed out at once...

You have to add the rest of the ruling though, Epic won’t be able to make use of any of the payment ruling so far because Apple doesn’t have to let fortnite back on the App Store and they don’t have to give Epic back their developer account.

Could there be a response from Apple and Google to simply remove/ban any apps that have their own marketplaces? They pretty much have final say on what can or can’t live on their respective app stores, right?

You didn’t mention that Apple won every single other count besides this one.

Yea, i am not sure the ‘value’ of the raid feature offsets the harm it can do. Sure, a big streamer could drop a raid on a smaller streamer to get them some viewers but the fact that it causes this much trouble shows it should just be retired.

Or they could put in a system where the person being raided has to you know,

They’re microfigures (as opposed to the more traditional minifigures), so characters are made of 1x1 bricks.

I’d also add, knowing how gamers and journalists and the industry all work, watch everyone absolutely lose their tits over this policy for months on end only for it to wind up applying to, like, four games.

Imo, promising a $10 dollar universal upgrade option for future cross platform titles is a very reasonable compromise.

The issue before was this:

1) Tom wants a PS5 but can’t buy one because of market shortages
2) Tom will eventually buy a PS5 when he is able, but still wants to play games coming out
3) Tom buys Horizon:

I would very surprised if we get GTA6 any time in the next few years. The kind of humor that is considered acceptable by society is constantly shifting, and right now, it's simply not a good time to make a game with the kind of jokes that GTA likes to make. In a few years, maybe, but no way could they keep the same

Well, no, that’s not how truly free speech works. But it absolutely can be how a private company with social responsibility could work.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I’m pretty sure all the investors got bought out when Double Fine was bought by Microsoft. So basically the investors got their initial contribution but also some interest back. Not sure how they figured that all out.

In other words, they seem to miss the point.”

Here you go, random internet person who calls people nerds and then proceeds to spend all day posting on Kotaku comment threads:

It’s almost like she’s a human being and thus flawed and imperfect with views that don’t match and arbitrary, fluctuating standard of what is “correct” depending on who is judging her.

Television executives 50 years ago: “Here’s your TV game show host. He’s a belligerent, womanizing alcoholic who you shouldn’t leave alone with your daughter.”

It’s only “not a review” to you because they didn’t label it as one. It’s okay, you can admit that.

It seems performative because it is performative. None of this stuff moves the needle even one micrometer. Like Blackout Tuesday on Instagram last year which was meant to highlight racism and police brutality but was really just a way for people to feel like they’re a part of something without actually making an

in the video game Star Wars: Bounty Hunter Jango Fett steals the prototype ship from a prison and destroys all the other prototypes. it’s function is pursuing and capturing prisoners and since it’s the only one in existence I think the name is quite fitting.

Kotaku advertises Black Panther as the game’s best DLC, wow, I’m totally fucking shocked.
