It could also be due to their focus on expanding LOL beyond the scope of the MOBA, and into other genres, or a change that Tencent is pushing on the company behind the scenes.

I've only been watching standalone review segments, and I really enjoy watching Adam and Jirard bounce off each other.  While they both may have played the same game, Jirard did it as a Retro title, while Adam played it the year it came out, and it shows in their exchanges.

I really like the idea behind this. It would be cool if they kept building off of it by adding developer interviews, commentary, and more immersive galleries.

At that point, I’d say it comes down to overlapping interests. There are plenty of LoL players that are Anime fans and vice versa, so mainstream audiences may lump them together. I haven’t seen the show, so I don’t know if it has any Anime qualities.

Because the article in turn only mentioned one position, and I was contributing my personal experience to the conversation.

There might have been licensing restrictions with Universal, as far as on screen adaptations go.

It depends on who you ask. Some think the label only applies to cartoons that are produced in Japan, while other think it’s about the art style, and others think it’s about certain story formats.

It’s not a binary choice.  It’s perfectly fine to oppose both.  But hey, those are your quotes, not mine.

Agreed. The whole point of art is that is supposed to be free to be polarizing and controversial. The same work may make one person tear up, another storm out of the room, while a third just stares in fascination at all the little dots that make up the big picture. If it makes you feel something, anything, then it did

In my neck of the woods, rioters have burned down businesses, stores were flash robbed over Thanksgiving weekend, and parts are being cut off of parked cars for scrap in broad daylight. The state’s lackluster response has just enabled criminals to do their thing out in the open with no fear of retaliation.

You could buy digital copies to solve the space issue.  I’m just looking for a way to read over 70 volumes of One Piece without the $10/volume pricetag.

I really wish that there was a subscription based service that allowed me to read an entire series.  There are some services that are moving in this direction, like J-Novel Club.  They let you read new chapters as they’re translated, but once a book is finished, new readers have to buy the whole thing.  It’s good for

Legal reasons.  The same reasons why there isn't a single global Amazon website.

Even if you never plan to undock the system, get a screen protector and a basic case.  There may be a day when you want to throw the system in your purse, backpack, or travel bag, and you'll be glad you have it then.

I thought the trailer was good, especially for people that have been following the other MCU projects, like Wandavision and What If...

I was interested in Maguire’s universe. By the sound of things, he had a stable life with MJ, and possibly had a kid. I think there’s a bit of significance that Ned found him wearing civilian clothes, while Garfield was in his hero suit. Until he revealed that he was wearing the suit under his clothes, I was convinced

I really got a laugh from Tom Hardy’s scene. At the end of Venom 2, he arrives in the MCU, teasing at something more. The mid credit scene here was like, nope, and sent him straight back with no significant interaction. He came, he got wasted, he left. End of story.

From the gameplay I’ve seen from SuperHorrorBro, it’s a good mix between old and new gameplay. There are sections where you have to weave through mazes of obstacles while hiding from the animatronics, then there are sections where you are in a security room when the alarm goes off and you have to manage the power

That’s actually a really good point. I remember when nearly every big AAA title had a companion mobile app that would ‘enhance’ gameplay. That trend has mostly died down by this point.
