Searching for figments was a huge pain, especially near the end. Seriously, the rank 99 reward should have been a figment finder, just so you could sweep up those last few.

I’d say that Gloria’s Theater is good from a narrative perspective. Keep in mind that this game was developed by a team that previously did point and click adventure games, and it just bleeds through here. While the platforming and action isn’t as high as some of the other levels, the writing is on point. This is…
That’s what I’m guessing as well. They saw the reception to games like WarGroove, and are testing the waters to see if their own game sells well. If it does, then they’ll already have the foundation and assets for a new release. If not, then they cut their losses and move on.
We expected it because every other Nintendo game at the time (Breath of the Wild, Odyssey, Splatoon 2, ARMS, etc.) was getting either paid DLC or free updates. We were wrong on that count.
They also mention that each EMMI patrols a specific area. I’m guessing that you need to navigate the area while avoiding the EMMI, get an upgrade, fight a boss, download the Omega Canon, then take out the EMMI so you can explore the area freely.
Because they likely playtested over a single session, and would only see the message once.
I’m thinking the ‘Water’ power is how Link moves between Hyrule and the floating islands above. Link will either activate a shrine to move between the two areas, or have an item that’ll let him do it anywhere. I also got the feeling that it was a form of gravity manipulation, which could be a new Rune ability.
I’m guessing in the sky areas, his hair comes loose. It would be pretty unreasonable to expect his hairstyle to hold after falling/being shot up thousands of feet through the air. It could also just be a sign that we can customize his hairstyle in this game.
To add to this, the seal has the same green glow that was surrounding the corpse in the first teaser. I find it notable because all the sheikah tech we saw in BOTW had deep blue circuits in it, and red when they were corrupted. The green here indicates that this tech might be made by another tribe entirely.
Agreed. This wasn’t Sonic ‘06 bad. It was a perfectly serviceable game with a few glaring flaws. Notably the repetitive text, segmented world, that damn Imprisoned boss fight, and Fi.
The text thing wasn’t a glitch. Every time you exited the game, it would reset that part.
Looks like Norura is just doing the concept and character design on this one.
Devolver is a publisher, not a developer. They’re mostly known for making big, often satirical, press conferences around E3.
Ok, who’s ever heard of banana as a color? I mean,
I had the same thought when I saw it too. I’m guessing Ubisoft added that to clarify that the game isn’t actually based off a Tom Clancy novel, as far as I know.
Keep in mind that not everyone is in the gaming loop. For a lot of players, the first time they see a game is when it’s on store shelves or as part of launch marketing. Sure, we all know that they decided on the Quarantine name before the pandemic, but the mainstream press would think that they decided on the name…
That’s a pretty good way to way to put it. Short, sweet, and sums up the concept of non heterosexual relationships nicely.
Thank you kind saint. That’s 34 pages of ads that we can avoid now.
Yeah, but considering the idea of gender identity is ever expanding, that means that the number of combinations will also ever expand. A line has to be drawn somewhere, and some sexualities can either be generalized or go on to call dibs on their own day/week/month.
So, when did the IA get added? Growing up, it was LGBT, then Q was added. I thought the + was supposed to help keep things simple by encompassing the rest of the community.
