That would also involve convincing Disney to allow Marvel characters into a game featuring DC superheroes.

Not to mention Galactus was in the trailer. Or is there another huge purple foot I’m unaware of?.

Who’s the one on the cover of the game? I’m hoping including multiple Spiders means it’ll be a part of the story, rather then an excuse to fill the roster out with cameos.

Galactus is in the trailer, so it would be crazy not to at least feature the Fantastic Four as playable characters. Storywise, it looks like they’re focusing on the Guardians of the Galaxy, the Spider-verse, and whatever Thor and Hulk are up to. Whereas the first Marvel Superheroes was a tribute, this one looks like

This trailer pretty much blew me away. For instance

I’m half expecting them to cut the 3DS version in North America, just like Puyo vs Tetris. The other half is telling the first to shut the heck up.

I’ll give him some credit. Breath of the Wild is the only launch title that interested me. A portable version of Isaac:Afterbirth+ would be awesome, but I’ve already double dipped on that game.

This reminds me of a game I played last night called, A Story About My Uncle. The game opens with a emphasis on details and exploration, but as soon as you get the second grapple upgrade, it feels like something to speed through. Too bad it doesn’t feel truly free. There’s the developer’s intended path, but not

Weigh your options here. The Switch has the portability factor, whereas the PC version has mod support. The Switch will eventually get the Booster Pack stuff, and there is more then enough content to tide you over until then. While they’re similarly priced now, the PC version will go down with sales.

I’ve been bugging IndieBox to make a Collector’s Edition. It fits their requirements, plus they just worked with Team Meat on a SMB Box. I can only imagine what abominations they include as collector items.

At this point, if it’s in your Steam Library, you can download it anytime, even if it’s not for sale anymore.

Not only that, but Smash 4 is more or less complete and stable. All DLC content has been released, as have a lot of balance patches. Players won’t need to worry about any major shakeups or characters being nerfed.

Huh, it’s funny how this shows up right after I get a leaflet for it with my Super Meat Boy Indiebox.

“Fuck it. We’re basing the campaign off of Red vs Blue. Halo 6:Freelancer. Coming to stores, Holiday 2018.”

I’m betting once you get a full arsenal of powers, you’ll have to save everyone in one go. Of course by then you’ll have all the codes, mask powers, information, etc.

See, now this is why localization doesn’t always mean censorship. When a developer knows that a part of the game will elicit a different response from different groups of players, they may decide to make it work for everyone. This is a case where it should have been that way.

I think that’s why they’re hitting a compromise here. Rather then claiming any related video, ala Nintendo, they’re allowing streaming through a portion of the game. Once viewers hit that point, they’ll hopefully be hooked and buy the game themselves.

Between this and the Butch Hartman mashup, I think Nick is trying to cash in some nostalgia points. As long as they do it well, I’m game.

The achievement images, when assembled together, show a URL leading to a countdown. In less then 10 days, we’ll know what it’s about.

So what’s the point of the X and Y buttons on the Retron JR? None of the supported games had access to those buttons. Jokes on them.
