Would be interesting if they tried some kind of sting operation. Just plant some incriminating info within a few emails, and see if they take the bait.

Not if they employ a 3rd party activation key.

I could get behind that. Instead of a single life game, just start a new season every month. Survivors can carry over some progress, depending on how well they did, everyone else rolls a new character and the slaughter resumes.

My guess would be that if you don’t finish off the player after X seconds, they get back up. If you approach them and select the spare option, it disarms them, letting you run away with their loot.

So can other players see your Steam ID while playing? Just imagine what would happen if you kill a player, only to be tormented by them later through other means. Seems like an open door leading to harassment.

That would depend on how much Sony is willing to spend harassing the developer. They could plead to have the trial delayed, appeal, or use other tactics to add to the legal fees of a case.

It’s not the suit that matters, but that Sony has enough money to try. Even if the case holds no water, Sony could spends tens of thousands trying. Usually smaller studios just don’t have enough resources to fight back.

Why not open some kind of submission board? They already post a few mods on the storefront. Some are even paid mods.

I remember my first one. Thought it would be easy because it was the Chibi-Robo bundled with the game. No, they gave it its own separate packaging within the box. Still though, I wanted to use extra features. Toon Link was easier. I had to know what features other Amiibo could do in Zip-Lash (Extra coins and new

Forgot about that part. Haven’t gotten that far.

Here’s what I’ve found for the Amiibo features.

Says the guys who plans on shooting anyone who enters without knocking first.

I’ve had my eye on that version. Just wish I had 4-5 mates and a weekend to kill. Couldn’t play it any other way.

It was the opposite for me. I had Spacebase from a Humble Bundle, and got Hack n Slash for free later.

Worse, the research indicates that people will willingly perform dull tasks for the very same extrinsic rewards: They’re now motivated by the blue ribbons and trophies, not the work (or play) itself.”

Most of these are very niche DLC too. Not just for the train enthusiast, but for enthusiasts of those specific trains. They don’t really expect you to buy every train there.

Shovel Knight turned out pretty well. Technically not done yet since they still have some stretch goal content that needs to be finished, but a full game has been published.

You can blame that on the Brick tax because you’re buying 3 minifigures, the portal pieces, and all the NFC hardware. Overall, you’re paying about the same price at the typical Skylander set at launch. I think so anyways.

That was my thought also. We have developed characters, decent lore, and each race has a distinct feel (at least, judging by the description anyways). I could see this becoming a series if a company picks it up. At the very least, a few shorts to introduce the characters.
