I always look for a 2-3 year old car when I'm in the market and never see one with more than $4,000 off. I can get almost that off a new one. It never works out. I'm envious of your buying.

As others have said, it varies by state. Also, there is sometimes an exception for dialing a phone number (seen as part of making a hands free call), so you might be able to wriggle out with that one.

That still counts as measuring HP. If I give you ruler, you can measure the volume of a box. It doesn't matter that you are measuring length and extrapolating volume from it. In the HP case especially since all HP is an extrapolation of torque.

We just generally don’t like devoutly religious govt. If the far Eastern religions ever started factoring into political importance, we’d nite that as well (like we did with India and Pakistan).
