NSA AOKAY?

sorry. to far away. shots were taken from his driveway.

WOW. Thanks! You just prevented my misguided Amazexit.

good times.

Agreed. People have to get over this old notions of swerving. The power of modern brakes and the speed at which we travel makes swerving as dangerous or more than just braking. Just keep the wheel straight and brake. You will slow down faster and not roll over. Turning won't do you much good in most situations anyway.

You have a really good argument until the end when you declare that the only 2 options allowed "aren't good" without backing that statement up. I don't see why a used or minimalist new car "aren't good."

Please, re-read my original comment. Your auto version keeps the mental skill, but loses the physical prowess/coordination skill. So, no, they are not present in a triptonic auto type. You don’t have to coordinate a hand, a leg, and two feet to flick a paddle. Again, different skills.

Not sure why you put quotes around skill when talking about skills. Those things I mentioned are not a basic part of driving and that is why many people pay thousands more for an automatic (even before they were able to give better performance) and why there are MANY MANY people out there driving sticks that still

There is skill to driving as you say (cornering, passing, etc.), but that’s denial to say that driving with a stick doesn’t take more skill. It’s a whole other skill set of physical prowess and speed and a combination of mental prowess in gear selection, shifting, and throttle control.

God, this guy's commentary. Where's a Mustang when you need one? At this intersection, it might even look like an accident...a sweet, sweet accident.

Yeah, it is. My fiancée got one recently and it is tough and well designed. The one funny thing is that you can shift through the gears on the auto. I'm guessing they just use one standard auto for all their cheap cars. Otherwise, I have to think about someone really trying to race the engine.

Freedom from the myriad distractions of modern driving. Riding engages all senses actively and gives you better opportunity to fully experience the drive. But think of it like carrying a rifle a long distance with a sling and without a sling or going to a party with a smart phone or without one.

Fish heads, fish heads, roly poly fish heads.

I heard it beat the v6 Mustang, as well. Crazy, right!?

You can also open cans with it. It’s a tool.

Only if you don’t trust yourself. NB like this case, most of those injuries are from mishandling. I treat my weapons and my car like the powerful machines they are. They can cause a lot of damage and you owe it to those around you to store them correctly and pay attention when using them.

That is a very civil response that I agree with (mostly). I only add that in some cases, it is reasonable to prevent unnecessary hardship when it can be done without loss to another. I don't honestly think anyone's life is enriched by any measurable degree by having animated gifs autoplay on Gawker media main pages.

Jason, its the South. We won't tell you to "go screw off," we'll just laugh and say, "Bless your heart."

Last time I spoke directly, someone ridiculed me for having a ridiculous stomach. Seeing deer die sucks, but its not that bad. Seeing people hunted like deer, that is bad. That can bring things up later when you see deer again. I'm not asking that you shelter me or empathize or anything like that. Just don't ridicule
