LoM is both a masterpiece and a hot mess, which averages out to good IMHO.

But do you think this one looks promising?

From that very short trailer, there were enough gameplay bits present, where I could faintly spot elements of recent 3rd person Action/RPG games from Square Enix that have generally been fun to play. So far, that’s a good sign.

Finally something I can dip in my Belle Delphine (TM) bath water!!!

Don’t push this trite, condescending narrative. Reading via audiobook is just as valid as reading with your eyes. Or would you prefer to close out those with visual disorders/attention disorders/any number of other valid reasons, from experiencing fiction? Gross.

Might I suggest Going Loud Studios, the minds behind the brilliant DLC Quest?

Fandom is inherently toxic. Enjoying and being into stuff is one thing, but when you make it part of your identity you tend lose perspective on it.

Stop replying to the troll. His micro penis fuels his endless rage.

Modders have turned the PC port of Silent Hill 2 into the definitive version of the game, all without access to source code or assets. Konami could have done the same for the SH collection and this MGS collection. They just don’t care enough to actually bother doing it.

That’d make sense if Lords of the Fallen dramatically changes the standard Soulsborne combat loop like Sekiro - and to an extent Lies of P - did, but it doesn’t. I also don’t see many of the reviews at all making that complaint, instead attributing the problems to ‘false’ difficulty like cheap traps and an

“While I have yet to see an 825 drop (and I’m really not too sure that the ilevel correlate at all with the roll results and barely seems to correlate with the roll ranges at high levels, if at all) I’ve been getting 800+ from the moment I stepped into T4.”

No, it’s because it looks like shit.

How are your NFTs doing?

Oh look, some trash.

so this is an ad, right

This is a bit of a bummer as I’d want to buy some so I can get the game’s Emperor Pass...
SMH *sigh*

It really doesn’t make sense from a story standpoint. Essentially all of your choices in the 1st game are irrelevant as is any gear you obtain. It’s the antithesis of what an RPG is supposed to be, where your choices matter.  In this game they mean nothing because the next part is just going to ignore them.  Yuffie

It’s not like your stats reset in the original game when you had to changes disks though...

My biggest issue with Borderlands is that it never makes the characters you are playing as interesting until they’re NPCs in the next game (where they can get killed off since they’re no longer player characters). BL3 probably did it the worst with Maya, who had the most interesting backstory from the base characters
