There’s no 1440p TV broadcast standard and thus no reason for TV manufacturers to universally support that resolution, so it’s unlikely that Nintendo will support it either.
However given that some Switch games allegedly run at 900p, and Nintendo is weird, it’s not entirely impossible.

Yeah perfectionists except for farmed-out remasters 🙄

Every period in every media is chock-full of stinkers, we just collectively (and rightfully so) start forgetting about them as time goes on.
Big reason why I never accept “BLANK was so good when I was young, kids these days just have TRASH!”
No old man (myself included) SOME stuff was good. Most of it probably wasn’t.

Nah nothing that involves falling, he just got a parachute after all

I hear you on that. As a kid I would grind every weapon and spell level up as soon as I got it and was fine, I was playing a fun video game.

I’m too afraid to hope, because Secret of Mana was absolutely magical as a kid and I didn’t recognize its shortcomings until I was older. It’s still a blast to play now, there’s so much that was done right about it and the areas where everything clicks, it’s almost perfect.
I know part of that is nostalgia though and

Pretty generous in what you consider good Mana games.

There are exactly 2 good ones, and I’ll die on that hill: the first one, and the second, and the second one starts falling apart about halfway through once they found out it wasn’t going to be a CD-ROM game.

I was so excited for Sword of Mana and it was easily one of

A Link to the Past was and still is my favorite Zelda title (was a kid when the first one came out so have pretty much played them all as they released) and I was super hyped when ALBW was released.

I was bored and annoyed pretty quickly out of the gate and gave up partway through Lorule. The overworld was almost

I want to say expansions started showing up once hard drive space moved beyond being super tight and it became normal to install games rather than play directly from the disk.

Fucking annoying ass slideshow, if an entry doesn’t interest me I have to wait for the ads to load before I can go to the next slide. Enjoy your revenue.

Eh I feel that’s still just in-universe, but probably equally stupid.

I played Morrowind and Fallout 3 on the Xboxes (probably the worst way to play them, to be fair) and noped out of each once it started glitching to hell and back.

Oblivion I played on PC for about a week, until the idea of tripping over *yet another dungeon* every 10 feet with the exact same loot and enemies as the

To be fair, Kingdom Hearts is a universe with a lot of connected locations and characters, not a multiverse where if a character dies you can just go steal their copy from another universe.

I think. Maybe. Not really sure what’s been going on in Kingdom Hearts for about 16 years.

So if he’s actually working off of pictures of the inside of these devices, I’m not sure what the legality of his position is.
It reminds me of sprite rip sheets, which almost always say “don’t use without credit,” which...you arranged them, but you didn’t make them.

It’s definitely not, except maybe in the same sense as FF7R or Rebuild of Evangelion (which are both mentioned in the article, and I don’t see where this nature is confirmed for SP) but all of these start in the same relative place as the original and then diverge.

So it’s...more like an elseworld than a sequel or an

I’m pretty sure I’m going to enjoy this, but it’s pretty tone deaf of the creators to have this be the first adaptation of Scott Pilgrim in forever. Fans of the comics have probably been wanting a more direct, faithful adaptation for forever, fans of the movie probably aren’t interested in something that looks like

Dont recall where I said you were angry or said or implied I was. Merely that you are unable to accept mocking as fairly earned. Clearly the skills that are lacking between us are your people and reading skills. Your hypocrisy detector also appears to be on the fritz. Don’t worry, I’ll cover for you. I’ll assure

Congratulations on a very artful combination of overreaction, pedantry, and snowflakism.

You made it a whole point to say you were mocking on purpose, and clearly can’t take a bit in return. I ain’t gonna tell you to fuck off, because clearly you’re incredibly easy to trigger and I don’t want to be guilty of pushing

It’s freaking hilarious this actually even works. Things like this are usually tied to an external timer or just patched in and out.

Almost like the devs wanted to make a statement.

Making a game different from its inspiration is not the opposite of caring about quality. Your third paragraph is just nonsense.
