The Elder Scrolls: Pokemon 2077

The Switch is amazing for what it is, but what it is is a 5-year old gaming tablet. Either put it out to pasture or develop games it can actually run.

I felt the same about FF12's playable cast feeling a bit bland with the exception of Fran (and whoever decided female Viera actually have stiletto-shaped feet as an excuse to put them all in high-heels deserves ALL the eye-rolls.)

1. You apparently don’t know what “somewhat” means.

Thank you! I really appreciate the response and your intelligent discourse on it.

1. You absolutely can have a fantasy narrative based to some extent on reality yet not really depict it; I would argue the majority are like that.
2. No developer is in any way required to include something in a game they don’t want to.

Now personally, do I think that having other ethnicities would hurt the narrative?

I’m honestly curious why you think Ocarina 64 couldn’t have worked on the PSX. It wouldn’t have been exactly the same, true, but the main argument that Nintendo had for going cartridge over CD-ROM was faster loading, specifically (iirc) because they felt the “big, expansive worlds of Super Mario 64 couldn’t be done

Stopped reading as soon as I found it was a mobile games studio. Sorry to hear people lost their jobs, but the less of those, the better.

Had that version too, after a few frustrating hours I played through it with the strategy guide. If there was any fun to be had in that game, that certainly ruined it. But I’m not sure there was to begin with.

I was a born and raised Nintendo kid but I switched to Sony as soon as FF7 got announced. Didn’t get an N64 for a few years, and it had some excellent games but man, were its polygons slathered in colored mud. Gimme those wobbly vertices and bent textures ANYDAY lol

That’s fair, I actually never thought that that might be the case. But the begs the question: why?
Capcom is all too keen to sell every game in the franchise including the remakes of 1-3, but not 1-3 themselves, and I know I’m not the only fan who would love to play them again on a more accessible platform.

They’ve made

The key phrase here is competitive game.
By their logic, we should have mixed teams of little leaguers and MLB players playing baseball.
I’m sure it would be entertaining, but not for any reason that has to do with baseball itself.

For me too it wasn’t until X/Y that I paid attention to IVs and EVs and anything I wanted to try and make competitive sat in my box until I had time to EV train it, then it went into the back of my party until it had learned all the moves I wanted. EXP Share was wonderful.

I understand OP about wanting a specific team,

In that hypothetical situation, it would benefit you to have older works reissued under your new name to make it easier for newer fans to link the two and buy/whatever your older works as well.

If it were an actor, I could see “played by A (formerly known as B)” making sense but I suppose it could be seen as deadnaming

Of all the games in the world, few are as easily accessible across nearly every platform as Resident Evil 4.”

Not so sure about that. Correct me if I’m wrong, but the original versions of 1-3 have been wholly replaced by the remakes. At least, I couldn’t find them on Steam. I wouldn’t at all be surprised if RE4 gets

Logical extreme, everyone agrees with you.
No one buys this game.
Suikoden is dead.
This continues with other franchises.
Konami never changes.
You...win?

How is this not an indication that they want to change for the better? It doesn’t mean they will, but man you are just rolling downhill with both feet in your mouth. This

It’s more popular than ever. I personally think you are VERY COOL to scoff at that.

Considering that as stated the game is old and the grind to unlock everything now is very lengthy, this is one example of monetization I don’t have a problem with, IF:

-Previously existing unlocks don’t have the grind method lengthened to coerce people into paying,
and
-Upcoming unlocks do not have an extended grind

As far as TOS violations go, I have no sympathy for people/groups that do it and get shut down. Every time I see a Facebook page with a tagline like “This page is UNCENSORED don’t be a PUSSY and report us” I chuckle a little, they agreed to the TOS, if someone reports them for a violation, it’s their own damn fault.

Not surprised. I never played 2, but I loved the first one, but between trying to farm and pump up gems, grind for random drops and skill cap books, and then trying to go through overly complex linked talent trees (for a game that really didn’t need them) I got burned out, and when I went back a few months later I had
