Same. Flicked sounds to me like he launched a booger at her.

Greetings fellow Washingtonian! I’m choosing quality of life over quantity, and the quality of life is far better here than in most of the US. Plus when the nukes hit, we can go out blissfully, legally, toasted as fuck.

Snort-laughing, LOVE that movie! All of my stars to you!

All of the stars for the clever use of Cabin In The Woods!

That theme song rings so much creepier now.

Not yet, but definitely plan to. The writing on Preacher is imho superior to AOS, and Tulip is a much more complex character for her to sink her acting chops into. There were a few times when I almost gave up on Preacher because Dominic Cooper annoyed the fuck out of me, but Ruth Negga’s performance kept me watching.

I want to see Ruth Negga win ALL of the awards, for her portrayal of Tulip in Preacher. She is bloody brilliant, takes a character that could easily have been one-note and cartoonish, and makes her into the most layered and sympathetic character in the show.

I was weeping like a fool, then her final words... gut punch...

Comments on articles like this make me miss the fuck out of Millihelen. I suck at the girlie-girl shit, and the comment sections there made so much more sense to me than any beauty blog I’ve ever visited.

Knowing that Gary has a new home with someone who loves him is the most comforting thing I’ve heard all week.

As a nurse, I’ve worked with a lot of intellect-challenged surgeons. Amongst their fellow doctors surgeons have a rep for being dumbass scalpel jockeys. And poor orthopedic surgeons are known as knuckle-dragging scalpel jockeys, even amongst their fello surgeons.

I believe that they’re going by both the surveillance video and eyewitness accounts. Both the Native American and Hispanic communities are huge here.

Just commented the same thing, should have read downthread before posting. This is the closest to home one of these shootings has been to us, and I’m a bit rattled and scatterbrained tonight.

Actually, it is. Lots of Hispanics, mostly of Mexican descent, live in the Skagit Valley area. It’s a very agricultural economy here. Many families came here to work in the fields and decided to settle here. I’ve tutored a lot of their children in English.

This is close to home for me. Some friends were there seeing a movie and were evacuated safely. Feeling guilty about being overjoyed that my son and his friends changed their plans for this evening and weren’t there. Can we please have some fucking sensible gun law reforms now?

I second Alaska! They are a little pricier than others, but their customer service is way better. They have one of the very few Seattle to Orlando non-stops, and since that is the route I travel most, I pick them over Delta every time. My bestie works for Alaska, and from her I know that they are an incredibly

Thank you for this wonderful, insightful piece! I live with chronic pain due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome type 3 and a host of secondary diagnoses. Pain control has been a lifelong nightmare. I recently developed an ulcer due to overuse of nsaids, which are one of the few meds that help with the particular type of joint

YES on the ETA! The nasty makeup containers, all of the product jammed inside her waterlines and tear ducts, the whole video is like a “how to get conjunctivitis” tutorial.

I feel you ever so much! I still dress on most days like the 90's goth chick/emo girl hybrid. Only started shopping Modcloth in the last year for special occasions. Reasonably sure that I’m a constant embarrassment to my two teenage boys. Revolve who? Around what? And what’s this Instagram thingy?

I was just going to post a recommendation for eShakti. You can take any dress you like, and customize length, neckline, sleeves, etc. Nope, not a paid shill, just a very short, fat mama who has a bitch of a time finding good fits.
