Someone mentioned Stephanie Beatriz's voice in the comments, so I just looked her up on YouTube. OMG, I can't believe her real voice is that much higher!

Sadly, I think it was the right decision.

I had a feeling something like that would happen, although I wasn't thinking it would be the child who got shot. I can't imagine why anyone would laugh about a kid getting shot, even in the show. That was not the comic part of the episode.

Yeah, I had no idea Scott Bakula could sing so well - that was actually quite moving.

I don't think so, not after they thought the dress incident was her fault. It would've been awkward.

Oh, I'm not the only one who wondered if they'd do a medley! It would've taken too much time from the plot, but it would've been fun.

Yeah, the thing is, the moment she got over Josh - a good thing - she immediately started a "casual" fling with the guy who had feelings for her. Not a great idea. She didn't take time to just be herself. And she didn't take time to develop an actual relationship with Greg. I don't mean that to sound prudish, but if

You left out the Phoebe Cates swim

I actually think Maya Rudolph is absolutely perfect in this role. Jillian is awful, but Rudolph is so good at playing that kind of awful.

I don't think it's illegal. It's highly unethical and she could probably have her license revoked, although she doesn't seem to be aware of that.

That happens in way too many shows. But in this one it actually bothered me less, because it was clear that everyone but Dean and Jillian knew it was extremely unethical. On other shows, like How I Met Your Mother, they act as though it's not a big deal and that bothers me a lot more.

I think Stewart will triumph in the next episode.

I liked the episode, but I did think they went too far with absolutely everyone piling on Stewart. It would have made more sense if at least Deb and the lawyer Natalie Morales plays were on Stewart's side. I know it's part of the joke, but I was starting to feel as frustrated as Stewart must have felt!

I don't like Reagan as a person. Megan Fox is fine in the part. I don't think she's remarkable, but she's fine. But I miss Jess's energy. She's so different. The rest of the cast helps and I enjoyed seeing Winston realize he likes his partner. I also liked that she said he has kind eyes. He's got such a sweet quality

Rogelio is the most lovable narcissist ever. Jaime Camil is just wonderful in the part.

Yes, Rogelio is my favorite too. Somehow his arrogance is adorable.

Thanks for that info. I don't think Selfie is/was a great show, but it was good enough to deserve a decent shot and I thought Karen Gillan was really good as Eliza.

Yeah, the networks are in too much of a rush for instant ratings. They need to give shows a chance to a) find their footing and b) find their audience.

I think an awful lot is being read into two episodes. Granted, they aren't classic Community, but that's to be expected. I'm going to wait it out and watch the rest.

But Olivececile, Britta and Troy did say that they were not having sex in the first episode. I don't know why not, maybe they'll explain that. Every relationship is different, but I guess it is a little odd that they haven't. Maybe Troy is intimidated by Britta's worldliness.
