I’m lucky- no issues with mine. And yes, a lot of people may say “but what about an IUD?!” An IUD is not a permanent option. I was looking for a permanent method of sterilization- Essure provided that. The only “issue” I have is the return of my period after 12 years on depo- I'd give them up in a heartbeat.
