Actually suing over a “rigged election” would be a blessing in disguise because it would force republican secretaries of state to admit under oath and on the record that there is no voter fraud and their voter ID laws are unnecessary.

I think he just assumes he will have a Republican majority in both houses who will just rubber stamp everything he gives them. Those would be the same people he’s been insulting and fighting with and who he says he is free of now and not shackled to.
