this is where you are wrong, artist do studies for a reason to study not sell in mass production. You know the problem for an artist is if they straight up plagiarize? they get blacklisted if they want to work in the animation/film/video game industries. And they can be sued for copyright infringement which happened…

I just hate these kinds of responses. Just say the truth “we gotta cover these up so we don’t get age restricted or cancelled”. Don’t try to sell it as if it’s because the players want less revealing outfits, if you’re a fan of asian MMOs with an anime inspired character design you know what you’re getting into…

He’s basically describing a world where people like him with clout and recognition who were discovered by other people with clout and recognition will be able to do whatever they want on the cheap and not have to discover or recognize people with talent but without clout or recognition.

Maybe this trend is bad and always has been and we should stop dismissing it as “progress?”

Slideshows on Kotaku are usually pretty low effort...but this is terrible even by Kotaku standards. Most of these slides don’t even have proper credit. Like really my dude...reserve image search on half of these will give you the artist’s name. Spend an extra 5 minutes and put a little effort in your “articles”.

I know how this all ends for Cassian Andor. Given the tone of the series, my gut says its gonna end the same for a lot of people we see in this show. But please, when this is all over, just let B2EMO be in a happy place
