They’re good dogs, G/O.

I would watch the crap out of that.

For whatever it’s worth, I preordered the game on PS4 and it’s already downloaded enough updates/fixes to be up to version 1.02.

Despite being a rightie, I feel your pain. Literally. (I got in the habit of holding/navigating my phone mostly with my left hand to keep my right hand free.)

yyyep. Same goes for almost every developer on earth at this point, ESPECIALLY those who are designing for consoles and who need to start pushing their chair back five feet from their computers every now and then to see what they’ve actually wrought.

“The news of Fallout 1st has, among other things, inspired a pretty harsh pun:”

In life: a Risk player. In death: buried within spitting distance of Wizards of the Coast. Suddenly I wonder what he’d have made of their games. ;)

“Nazy Party”

Yes! We had one of those at the writing lab I worked at in college — it’s called the Compact Edition. I think ours was two volumes, but same idea. The pages were all super thin, and they printed four pages worth of text on each page, super tiny. The books fit together into a box underneath a little pull-out drawer

That’s about where I am. I tried LoL quite a while ago but bounced off hard. Their marketing, though, has always been something to behold, and I figured after watching some of their music videos that they could easily do something more in-depth with these characters. So I’m curious to see what comes of the show!

They’re not exactly shy about pop-culture terms when it suits them. “Dalek,” for example, has been in the OED for decades, as I discovered while paging through volume 4 of the second edition. So it’s about time they caught up with Star Wars, really!

No matter what generic name they gave the Night Monkey suit in-game, for reasons, it will always, always be the Night Monkey suit, and I’m so glad it’s in there.

Meanwhile, part of me is still sighing, “And of course this still happens before a Mac version.”

Obviously.

Too true.

Now playing

Instantly stuck in my head. Not sure if mad about it.

My “read until the first typo” game today got me as far as “Katinss.”

Thought one: If we could get Spider-Man to pull off a dance routine of that caliber, it would erase an awful lot of past cinematic sins.
