Yeah, I remember listening to behind-the-scenes stuff as far back as the first Incredibles movie where they were talking about the challenges of things like cloth animation and Violet’s hair. Watching how they’ve iterated and improved on things over all the years and movies since has been really interesting.

next maybe theyll find a way to make character models interact that doesnt make kissing look horrifying.

I did a lot of futzing around with this game in photo mode, and one thing that struck me: in one of the sequences where Nate is texting Sam, you can crank the camera around and read every message, even if most of them never actually get seen during the normal course of gameplay. ND paid a LOT of attention to detail.

I also have to give a slightly belated shoutout to WipEout Omega Collection, because I just discovered the VR update they issued for the game — the ENTIRE game, mind — this past March, and it. is. amazing. in. VR. holy. crap.

Given the topic, I appreciate the fact that this article also has post-release patches.
