@denby - I run my carbon steel flute-2000 through a Marshall solid state and have found that I get good tones. You need to make sure that you fab the knobs thoroughly, but also (this is important) remember to flange all of the gollythrongs. THAT is crucial.
Also - If you insist on using an external stompbox of any

I can't believe this thread is still rolling.
* P-90's are the bomb
* Modes have always confused me, but I still find the strength to get out of bed in the morning
* For the record, I'm lefty and play right-handed convential stringing, so not as strange as I may have sounded
* No love for the 'green line6' delay box?

I'm a lefty that learned from the get-go to play right handed. Not sure why that made sense to me, but it's worked out fine…
Most of the 'regarded' amps are too loud IF you want quality overdrive, otherwise you're just blowing the people you play with away (with volume, MAYBE with your awesome playing). 40 watt tube

Two-fisted Poe -
Quoth the raven, 'Lights out!'

Murder me?
Murder YOU!

DICKWIG!
Just to second the Spencer hate… I created a comic book character named "Digwig" that is literally Spencer Pratt, but imbued with the gloriously inglorious superpower of having multiple penises growing from his hair. He was granted this power in some sort of explosion that killed Heidi…

Lasties?
Do I dare??? I DID!

I think it's interesting that in reading through this message board I'm able to like the episode better, until I remember that when I watched the episode I felt thoroughly let down. At a certain point there are too many problems with the execution of an episode for me (even with the wise help of this board)

Olivia should have looked around more, there were probably ammo crates and med-kits in the shadows.

@ the Bob the: On behalf of the entire Buffy Series, I apologize for season 4. (certain notable episodes excluded). On behalf of myself, I apologize for this Fringe-less sidebar.

Totally agree that all the implications have been that the soldiers are being created in "this" reality to fight a war against the forces from this other reality. The battlefield is set to be "here".
Double-agree about the interesting differences between Lost's time travel framework and the Fringe alt.-reality

I saw it too, assumed it meant William Bell. I saw the lambda too, reminded me of Half Life.

My friend that I was watching with called it on Charlie's scar in the alternate reality just before he turned. Hilarious.

Why the silencer on a tranquilizer gun? Hmmm? HMMMM?! Still, she's totally alive.

That was a decided non-shock, reminiscent of the "It has been revealed" commercial break voice-overs during the BSG Razor TV airing. Sorry to cross the streams.
