Understood. It works well for me because the pain I experience is from pulling up my account to verify I have the funds before I make the purchse. It has the added benifit of displaying any pending transactions I was unaware of.
I haven't held but 10-20 dollar bills since the begining of the year. I make almost all purchases with a debit card so I can track my spending via bank statements. No extra dollars, and no vending machine purchases.
But you shouldn't have to go that far!! Someday I'm going to have to be self-sufficient because I refuse to give money to a company that lacks customer service.
