The whole point of the test is to simulate someone swerving over the yellow line, which would cause both drivers’ sides to impact. If both passenger sides hit, chances are pretty good it is more of a T-bone situation.

I currently own a 2008 Kia and owned a Hyundai for 12 years. They hold up quite well, if they didn’t that 10 year warranty would have bankrupted them by now.

I picked up a Porsche 944 as a fun 3rd car a few years ago, and it is working out really well. The kids fit in the back seat, so I can daily it whenever the weather is decent. Never have to worry about switching cars to pick up kids from school or anything.
