It does have the flat-plane crank tonal quality like a Ferrari, but it is still much more of a roar than a wail. I think they did a great job of making it sound like American muscle.

It isn’t terribly uncommon for cars with tube headers to have cracking issues. The headers have the highest operating temperature out of anything in the engine since they see all the hot exhaust without the benefit of any cooling system. Most production cars have cast headers which are much more durable but very heavy.

It will perform similarly to human drivers in the DC area. It will panic and crash into all the things.
The biggest issue with these cars is the tight engine bay. Expect to have to pull the engine for many relatively minor repairs. I have always loved the design, my 2nd favorite of the 90s JDM turbos behind the RX-7, and this price is fantastic. Easily a $7k car if it was assembled and running.
