The biggest issue with these cars is the tight engine bay. Expect to have to pull the engine for many relatively minor repairs. I have always loved the design, my 2nd favorite of the 90s JDM turbos behind the RX-7, and this price is fantastic. Easily a $7k car if it was assembled and running.

The number system was terrible. Not every car can be above average, and yet, they all were rated that way. Mitsubishi Mirage: it’s terrible, but it’s cheap and we expected it to be terrible, so it gets a 70. BMW M4: Fantastic in every way, but no manual transmission, so it gets a 70.
