Now that they bumped the power output on the turbo I agree. In the beginning the V6 was the only way to go in the Genesis.

All cars under $50k are made of plastic, its not just the Koreans. I've enjoyed the Hyundai and Kia I've owned, one a 2000 and the other a 2009. Neither is super nice, but both have been reliable and better quality than other choices at similar price points.

Wow. You can't even do the repairs yourself? There is some serious corruption going on there...

In MD if you can document a good-faith effort to fix the problem, that is acceptable. If you got 3 shops to take a look and none are sure of how to fix it, I would think that would qualify.

Neither do I. I just vomited in my mouth.

Yes, I get that. But did you find it funny? I didn't, it just seemed sad in a way the Burgundy ads don't.

It seems to me the ads are pointing out cheap things about the car that have been standard for decades. I understand when economy cars have to point out power windows and cupholders as their standout features, but they could be pointing out legitimate features in this classic style without it being out of place.

Clearly she is using her bra to replace a broken accessory belt so she can make it home.

I've always found this to be the one two-tone paint job I liked equally even if the color were reversed. Blue on white looks every bit as good on that iconic paint job.

I don't hate it, but the amount of damage required to total an expensive car means that you should always avoid high-end cars with salvage titles.

Might as well go overseas on vacation to enjoy it.

You know what I didn't see in any of these videos? A person running up the hill to prevent more cars from trying to come down.

And still it's not as bad as Toyota Racing Development

That's what fog looks like if you use instagram.

At the track, yes. In the showroom, no.

They weren't attractive, but quality was pretty good and they had the 10 year warranty. Plus, that 2008 model you had to buy was pretty inexpensive as well.

It's German. The turn signals will start controlling the fuel pump (or some other electrical gremlin) after 5 years.

Making money and beating inflation are two different things. They made 10b, but the contention is that inflation on the 421b spent was more than that 10b, so a small amount of buying power was lost. Losing money on GM and Chrysler were line items, more money was made on other companies to offset those losses.

I don't think he was bashing Tesla, just saying to take that 99/100 number with a grain of salt. Tesla cars are not viewed as appliances like other brands, so owners are more likely to be emotional about their cars. They are no doubt high quality, but whereas a Tesla owner with a minor issue might still be in love
