Yeah, I was just using Mophie as an example. There are other cases and as you say most are “Chinese”. Still many of them get 4+ stars on Amazon and it’s not like this is really complex technology.

For people who use all the features then absolutely the top-of-the-range ones make sense, but we do seem to be getting a bit more variety in what’s available now. It’s taken a while, but the market has realised that it makes sense to offer a greater variety!

No problem! Battery life doesn’t seem to be the biggest selling point for a lot of people, but I’m glad that manufacturers seem to be realising that for some of us it’s a key issue!

It only takes running the right app for a few minutes to suck 5-10% power. Try running chrome on your data plan while doing several minutes of searching on something that came up while you are out.

I liked it, too. Plus, it can double as a weapon if things get ugly.
