If the point of this comic series is to get me to avoid this show forever, it's doing a remarkably successful job.
Happy birthday! :)
As others have said, this was a sweet little film. I especially loved the cheeky Certified Copy reference, but what strikes me is how simple it is while also being charming and absorbing. I'll be disappointed if Huppert doesn't get a nod for either this film or Elle; this is truly her year.
Though the first season is hit-or-miss, the second season was fantastic. I can't wait for this.
I think that it comes from a place of wanting to write about political happenings, but also acknowledging that this is a pop culture site, so they find a way to mend the two.
I believe the last F grade was given to Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever.
Where the hell is Neil deGrasse Tyson's opinion, because we all know that he is the proper judge of scientific accuracy in space movies?!
I'm sure he's soiree he spelled it like that.
It's Trump week here at the AV Club!
I'm probably the only one who was confused about everything going on this movie until I read this. Why must there be a space movie about weighty themes that I'm too dense to comprehend that comes out every fall?!
Do you think it's because of the actor, or just the writing?
The poster for The One I Love is amazing. I love how their clones are reflected in the water, and all the pretty colors.
WTF when did this happen?! I wasn't notified! Well shit, gonna get to bingeing. Thanks!
Oh come on, still no Jane the Virgin season 2? I need to catch up!
If you're referencing that weird sound at the end of theme - God, nothing pissed me off more than that. It would make my blood boil every time I heard it.
Same, if no other reason than for The Americans to win Best Drama Series.
Pretty much, but her performance(s) are top-notch.
Sarah Paulson deserves it, but damnit, that's it for Kirsten Dunst's Fargo recognition.
