Sadly, at least for me, al lot of this stuff is what I grew up hearing at home (raised by single dad w two significantly older brothers).

UGH I actually clicked through to the article... yuck! It’s in Auburn, in the west of Sydney. Not a particularly posh suburb. They’d never get away with it where the posh people live. Jerks.
I had a crappy few years, and I furrowed my brow A LOT. I got very deep wrinkles in my brow at age 30 and had botox done a few times over a couple years. It helped soften the lines and when I stopped getting it, normal movement returned but I no longer looked angry all the time.
She feels awkward in front of a camera yet she spends her life in front of a camera...oooook. You keep on believing that.
Who would you rather hear from? Just curious, I don’t know any Republicans.
I don’t have any insights or constructive comments about this post. I just want to throw up on this asshole’s face.
I hated the way I looked at 20-25...was so insecure! Now, looking back on photos from the time, I’m like “DAMN! I was so cute!” and of course am dissatisfied with how I look now. Except now I know that the same deal will happen when I am 60 so I don’t listen to my negative thinking and I try to love my 40 year old…
That woman knows how to smize.
I actually giggled to myself reading that first line. Well done. I do have some sympathy for Gravani, as he seems like the least asshat-ty and the most talented of the couture designers (for reference: Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano yuck). Also the doc on him was awesome.
How does one live as an unpaid intern? I am curious. I mean, if you are working 50 hours a week and are not getting paid, where does the money to live come from? Obviously she knew she would not be getting paid, or she learnt it soon after being hired.
This made me nod and smile. I don’t think I have ever purchased VF anywhere but in an airport shop!
No sugar, gluten or fat? What’s the point of living, then, Gwynnie? TELL ME! WHAT’S THE POINT?!
I know. I was responding to your “legalise it” argument. So what you are saying is “legalise it and give everyone as much as they want”? No regulation? I am failing to see how that would work.
Yes because opiates are illegal (?) Makes sense except for one thing: the (huge) majority of opiate addicts in the US are using legal, prescription opiates, not heroin.
Thank you for this review, which I can tell is a heartfelt tribute from a true fan. I have also seen Tommy Boy and Black Sheep a thousand times: “THIS is what happens when you use the OTHERS GUY’S break pads!”. There was only one Chris Farley, and we were lucky to have him!
I’m just here to say Naomi Watts is such a good actress: how does she not have an Oscar yet?
Team Cox all the way!
Schaal was sooooo good in Flight of the Conchords. I miss them.
Is this space not created to foster discussion? Can we not question or be curious? That’s how, as you put it, “I think this site works”...it creates a platform for discussion and debate, based on the content. Maybe you are right, and I am wrong in assuming that’s what the comments section is for?
