What you said is kinda blaming the victim here... even if the driver wasn’t signalling a turn the car slowing down with its brake lights on was more than enough to alert anybody behind to slow down so it’s 100% the truck driver’s fault.

After 3 attempts to get through the whole series I literally made a spreadsheet to keep track of everyone.  It worked!  Made it through and it is on balance a very enjoyable series.  

That really seems to come across as hating worldbuilding for it’s own sake.  I get if someone people hate it, but I don’t see it as something that good writers will never do.  It’s obviously an aspect of fantasy that a great many readers enjoy, and there’s nothing wrong with catering to that fanbase.

Just based on that one ensemble pic, and I know this is nit-picky, but Moiraine and Rand’s heights seem way off. Moraine is supposed to be really tiny, like under 5', isn’t she? And Rand should be, by far, taller than everyone else there.

It might be damn near totaled.

Go with Mercedes’ suggestion, but repaint it to look like the Acrostar from Octopussy
