So from your comment I can assume English is not your first language? And that you’re not familiar with the fact that highways turn?

Comments on YouTube say the pilot vehicles missed the correct exit off of Interstate 10, which would have had the truck going straight across the tracks instead of making that right turn across the tracks.

When I *need* a pickup I go rent a Home Depot truck, or a pickup from U-Haul. The minor hassle in getting to either rental place (less than 2 miles) far outweighs not having to deal with a pickup truck the other 1094 days every 3 years.

Just experience with their relentless ads on social media. There’s gotta be something that does the same job for less, because that company’s not spending so much on advertising.

That’s fine, it’ll make it easier for the insurance companies to deny claims.

You weren’t going to buy a GM vehicle anyway.

It’s kind of like moving from a house without stairs to one with stairs.  At first it’s a hassle, but then you learn to plan ahead and not be such a lazy complaining cunt.

How many shenanigans will the dealer pull when the new C8 gets there, though?

Automatic belts were used when the requirement was “passive restraint” and carmakers were fighting using airbags. Which, most of them did fight.

Or just ban air travel! That would 100% stop the asshole-on-a-plane problem!

Passengers on gurneys could be stacked like cordwood.

Plenty of people can have a drink or two or 18 and not turn into an asshole.

Once they figure it out, the solution will be posted as a slideshow.

My first boss in the Army had a slightly newer version of this car, maybe an ‘81 or ‘82.

You’ll notice I said “if you have decent insurance.” It’s a key test for this situation. If your insurance raises your rates for filing a claim when you’re not at fault, you’ve failed that test.

If you have decent car insurance with comp and collision, which, I’m assuming the owners had since it’s a new car, just file a claim on your insurance. Yes the dealership is at fault. Yes the other driver is at fault.

People like you would be happier in a HOA neighborhood, or on a several-acre plot in an unincorporated area.

Yep. It might be dismissed on lack of standing or some vile law protecting gun makers from lawsuits, but not because it’s unconstitutional.

That’s the part I don’t understand. A lawsuit is a civil matter between private parties. If I sue Colt for making the AR-15 that put a hole in my roof, how is the government infringing the right to keep and bear arms?

Cops don’t have to know the law, but gas station clerks have to be able to tell if someone is drunk.
