Yep, latest version has this flaw of leak IP. I just uninstall it and looking for other free vpn provider.

Opera VPN is a free one so you can unblock some geo-restricted sites but it leak you IP which you can check on ipleak.net. Opera VPN work like a proxy which provide you virtual IP but not the encryption for which a VPN is known.
