Maybe they all started as the same super popular doll. Everyone had these things. They were so popular, so ubiquitous that people stopped caring about what happens to them. Look, we all know the economy in the Pokemon world is weird as hell; this is as plausible as anything else. So instead of caring for their

We all grow

It is with great humility and honour that I have managed to ascend to the banned for life club. Thank you to Zach and the banned for life committee for their inspiration.

“SKRELP!”

100% agreed. I run a couple of groups, and every party I’ve ever had has been super positive about my DMing... except for one. It was the wrong group of people and I got so exhausted by DMing for them that, when they came at me with their latest round of demands, I finally walked. I’ll miss the story, but I won’t miss

I have to agree.
The DM is spending a ton of time prepping and running this game. Even if you’re running a prebuilt module, you’re still spending time outside of sessions reading ahead, modifying encounters and story bits, prepping characters and plots for when your players step outside, doing maps, etc.
If the DM isn’t

I think the idea is if the players are having fun, so will you but the reverse isn’t always true. I’ve run all types of games, D&D and otherwise, and then you try to fit a story based peg into a combat shaped hole... it doesn’t work for anybody. Even though I prefer the storytelling over combat, when I’ve run combat

Now that pretty much the entire game industry is delayed your work here is done.

I'm surprised you didn't mention that MS tried removing the optical drive last generation and got torched for it.

I saw that too. unfortunately.

Backwards compatibility with currently owned games is probably the main reason. Also some people still prefer physical discs because, well, I don’t know why but they do. Fall 2021 there will for sure be a version available without a disc.

“trying to cater to nostalgia”

I think art style really matters when it comes to whether or not you can handle the older graphics. I’m personally a huge fan of FF9 and that game is more than 20 years old by now. The graphics don’t bother me because the art style has given it a timeless quality. Where as playing GoldenEye now would probably be

Truly things to consider on how our tastes change or our various thresholds on certain things. It’s one of the big reasons why I gave up trying to play Dragon Quest VI on the DS, as much as I love the series. I couldn’t really handle the frequency of random encounters in the ocean. I took a long break and I haven’t

It’s not. She’s a TCM doctor. China puts out a lot of propaganda extolling the virtues of TCM as apoint of national pride despite the lack of science backing it. I think in 2017 the govt rolled back (or proposed eliminating) testing requirements for TCM medicines.

There was an even earlier program that played pranks on your cursor, but I can’t for the life of me remember what it was called. Used to install it on the computer in the early 90s (I think?) when I knew my dad had to work.

This reminds of some game from years ago, like 2010 or something. We downloaded it on the school computers, and it basically made it so that your curser turned into a bunch of different weapons that let you do stuff like release termites into the desktop and watch them eat everything, or take out a little SMG and

You can’t overthrow me. I have no power.

Hey folks! Please use the comments to talk about the games you like and the ones you wish got more attention this decade!

Please do not use them to shit on other people’s suggestions or to bitch about the list. Kay, thanks!

Not entirely within the contest guidelines, but it’s still interesting to look back at that first trailer and see just how far we came.
