I think one of the biggest things they could do to reduce the rate of people is make it so that crews can vote to disable autofill. It would mean a DC wouldnt turn into a race every time, and you would never get a situation like that dude from Reddit.

Something I did to help my posture was to get a box to put my monitor on top of, and stop me from slouching. Basically I tried to get it so that the middle of the monitor is at eye level when I have good posture, so I need to keep good posture to actually look at the screen.
