This was surprisingly alright, and not the horrendous abomination I thought it would be.  I might watch occasionally.  But the Flash Animation is still a gigantic miscalculation.  Makes it look cheap.

I don't think she was, but her CHAOS character (remember that show?) wasn't supposed to either, and did.  I think she's just a terrible actress.

I pray that it can be as enthralling(ly terrible?) as it was at the beginning and end of the pilot.  But that middle section was murderously boring, and that's a gigantic red flag to me, since boring is the worst thing any media can do to me.

For a few minutes, I thought they'd break up, cause their arc as a whole seemed to have been headed in that direction.  Their reconciliation was completely unbelievable to me.

Fantastic review.  Helped me steady my own memories and expectations of this period of the show, which had been fluctuating because of discussions elsewhere about the problems the show went thru subsequent to this moment (including the admission that the final scene of this very season was the genesis of many of those

Here's an interesting fact…somehow, Spike and Tribune/WGN America actually picked this series up for syndication.  I've seen an entry for it on the WGN America schedule, and actually saw about 90 seconds of the show itself on Spike.
