This was pretty brutal. At the least they could have something semi-positive to break up the bleakness, but, well...

That said, if they start playing a song by Journey in the last episode, BOY will I be pissed...
My hope that this isn’t, either. I can see everyone’s point about the justification for the scene; I think it’s my suspicion that this this may be her last scene, and that it would be a disservice if this is the last we see of her, that prompted the thought.
The hope is there that we do see her once more under better…
Did anyone else think Brienne’s getting weepy for Jamie before he leaves felt like they diminished her character? My wife and I just watched shaking our heads, and then she says, “Boy, they REALLY hate women on this show.”
It did feel like they removed her agency with that, after everything she’d been through. My hope…
I’m betting he says, “The things I do for love,” right before he does her in...
The original Charlie Chaplin classic feels like a movie destined to get a 21st-century remake. Not only is it a timeless classic, but one of its biggest themes—the growing class divide, and finding love in difficult times—seems ripe for exploring similar problems in a new context.
So wait; is, like, Chucky the leader of the Robopocalypse now...?
There are some old, old interviews Lucas did where he suggested that the droids were the interconnecting line for the entire story. Mind you, now that he’s no longer directly connected with the back half of the story, that may be a dangling thread.
According to Collider, Drew Goddard is slated to write and possibly direct a film adaptation of Nick Drnaso’s 2018 graphic novel, Sabrina (not to be confused with the teenage witch).
Probably; either way, it still makes for engaging viewing
Funny, my thoughts are that they’ll get introduced first before the X-Men do.
Reason I say that is when you look at the hints they dropped in Avengers: Infinity War, to wit:
* When the battle with Thanos’ minions gets started in New York, Tony in talking to Strange refers to one of them as “that rocky... thing there”

I start reading these names, and suddenly this pops in my head...
So, which came first, this or “Be The King”? That game is about building up your retainers as you work to become Emperor of China, and it seemed like both used the same engine. Did one of these preceed the other, or were both released at the same time?
Thank you; I’m glad someone else was on top of this...
Exactly; considering the theme of the film is how the authorities can use language as a means of control and impose meaning on words to force people to conform, the fact that Goddard throws around SF-sounding terms over what’s essentially a Cold War thriller to force people to pay more attention to his film might be a…
James: But I will say, I loved the intro for Stan more than his actual cameo—which, while cute, has invited a lot of weird discourse about how he’s a person within the MCU now. Honestly?
My only problem is the name; that has too many bad associations tied to it...
I may be showing my age, but I was thinking it was more like this one...
Yeah, this came to mind as I read that statement; color me sanguine-taintedly suspicious...
Those are nice, but this is still my fave when it comes to Jackson sightings, in HOT FUZZ:
