One key thing to remember when looking at MGBs is if there’s ANY rust bubbling at the bottom of the front fender or bubbling at the small dogleg section between the door and the rear tire then it means your rockers are already rusted and should be fixed.

As a permanent MGB “enthusiast” (which means I own 2 that have been stripped for “restoration” years ago and they’re sitting in the garage still, 10 years later).
