What is suspiciously missing from this review is just how atrocious this whole thing looks. Outdoor scenes look like they got some snow in the lens. Indoor scenes look like they forgot to dry out the lens when they came inside. There’s so much backlighting in scene after scene - and everyone is so yellow due to this…

I feel like “one of the best miniseries of the year” doesn’t mean much when it’s January 22.

I’m really glad to hear that the multimedia gobbledygook is a clumy add-on, rather than a requirement. All the marketing for this show was about how the viewer would build it themselves...which I’ve got zero interest in. Soderbergh knows how to tell a story, and that’s what I’m here for.
