I have been a Registered Nurse for 42 years in Illinois and California. I have never heard the term “cosmetic nurse”. 

Ah. Then that person could be described as an RN specializing in these procedures, if they carry an RN license. If not, then the term “nurse” does not apply, since that is specific to licensed nursing.

There is no such beastie as a “cosmetic nurse”. That person is likely an aesthetician or a cosmetologist.

Bidets cannot replace toilet tissue, as one needs to remove the water and what-not after having a rinse from a bidet.

The kids can get what they need from the savings that comes from good preventive health care.

I keep a Pyrex dish of water on the bottom of my stove (inside a larger flat metal pan, in case of a spill). I also use a spray bottle to spritz the oven a couple of times. I often use high-hydration recipes, which helps with rises.
