I get that this is a bad look, but it barely registers on my rage-o-meter. Past behavior of King has been very charitable in many ways, speaks truth to power on Trump and his ilk. He saw how it looked bad and basically came to his senses. No need to crucify him for this - there is no trend here.

Alcohol is cheaper and much more convenient than physical or mental health care. 

Still a couple good blues clubs but it is dead for the most part. I still get a fair amount of shows in the Chain o’ lakes area (up near WI border) but it is a race to the bottom. Classic rock tributes for the oldsters in Florida is blowing up I understand, but I’m not too tempted by that.

The money really isn’t there for bar or club gigs at this point - unless you want to do an acoustic duo and you’d still be lucky to make over $100 a night. In Chicago area anyways, may be better in FL or on the coasts.
