Does the Targa Top stow in the car?

Argument: I think the Kia Sephia is pronounced Se-FEE-ah. Raph says it's SEF-ee-ah. Who is right?

I just wanted to chime in to say that a lightweight Dino-esque car is a fantastic idea. Any idea where you'd start with the chassis? Starting with a Ferrari could be a challenge, though people like Abarth used to pick from anywhere.

The shape of the canopy, and the way it flows to the back of the car, is probably my favorite individual styling detail.

Or angry, considering how much shit he got from them when he was building it.
