Not using magic mouse; using an RPG mouse. The app is based on native touch input in OS X, so 3rd party trackpads and mice aren’t supported.

Looks like swiping only works on macboooks. Can’t do it on desktop with a mouse. Might work with magic pad though.

Very different. Postbox is enterprise-level and based on Thunderbird (which is probably where its resource-hogging genes come from). Spark is super lightweight but has some neat features for their smart inbox. The main feature people love is customizable swiping for quick inbox processing.

It’s a nice little email

You have to wrap the mattress in a bed bug protector to trap them in there for a couple years. It’s the hiding in the walls, floorboards, etc that’s the problem.

If you’re in an apartment building it sucks because even if you rid your apartment they can come right back in via the walls you share with your neighbors.

Why freeze blankets when the dryer will generally kill them (especially if it has a sanitize setting)? Bed bugs are far more susceptible to heat than to cold.

As an alternative to cornstarch, psyllium husk powder makes a very good last minute thickener. A little pinch goes a long way. It won’t change the flavor and it’s basically zero calorie.

I bought 1Password but went back to LastPass after a few months. It’s fine, but it’s just not as good as LastPass; especially if you use lots of different devices and operating systems. Not familiar with how well 1Password handles teams (if at all) but on the Premium for LastPass, managing team passwords is a great

Powerful GPU & processor (but low power mode for battery use).
Proper keyboard (not shrunk down, real switches).
Large SSD.
Lots of ports for travel (USB A & C, HDMI).
Good cooling (don’t want a hot lap).
Large trackpad (that preferably has its own screen for

You really should fix this article to read “27 metropolitan areas” and not “cities”. The Boston metro, for example, goes all the way up into NH. You could never buy a house in *actual* Boston on that salary.

Not sure if you’re trolling or just not seeing the difference. We need computers to exist in today’s world and they’re getting pretty efficient. You know what we definitely don’t need and what couldn’t be less efficient? Patio heaters. They don’t really work, guzzle up a lot of money, and release tonnes of CO2. Put on

While high end models come with heated air dryers, they’re not really effective, plus you don’t want to smell heated air with that distinctive heating coil scent that’s also been blowing in the toilet bowl and against your ass.

After it’s done washing just wait a few seconds to drip off some then use some TP to dab dry

Will also let them do some marketing around the idea of movies available same day as their theatrical release.

I wonder if Netflix getting their films in theaters qualifies them for more awards.

Many models have mixers for the hot water line, and electric models like the Washlet (the world’s best selling bidet) heat the water on demand.

Replacing the Gammell illustrations is a travesty. Those illustrations MADE the books. They wouldn’t be icons of our childhoods without them.
