I need to burn all the fat I can so no ebikes for me. An ebike would be wonderful for a city commuter like you mentioned. Often a 2-5 mile commute is just a bit much to do in work clothes on a warm day and I don’t feel like changing when I get to work. An ebike with a 200w assist would mostly eliminate the sweat.
