I’m pretty sure it has an in-frame umbrella drier.

I have a 1990 Isuzu version of that truck. It’s a $1500 truck at best. The Isuzu has the 2.6L 4 banger good for a factory fresh 145 HP. It’s pretty torquey but still very slow by todays standards.

Pint.......no...

You may be rewarded with boobies and a BMW later today #COTD.

“155 HP” is “BRUTAL TRACK SPEED” LOL. Well done! Next up 162 HP car breaks the sound barrier?

I bought a salvage title Subaru XT6 from a Russian truck driver who lived in the middle of a strawberry field south of Sacramento California. Pretty much my dream car at the time with a nightmarish outcome. After about 18 months of struggling to keep it running safely the pnumatic suspension failed while the power

Hey Wes, I’ll give it a go this weekend. Should be a good father/son bonding project, maybe combine it with some archery pratice and deer hunting.

Their membership is a great deal, you would have to be a bit dense to not take advantage of it. It think it benefits REI financially if people don’t become members.

I like REI, and have been a member there since the mid 90’s. I really don’t understand the pushing for membership, it’s a retail store, what does a $20 membership have to do with selling decent quality gear and clothing? I worked at a local bike shop for a couple of years and knowledge of the product, a smile, and

I remember racing one of these in my 240z and wondering why it couldn’t keep up, then did some research and learned the v8 had the same power output as my 2.4L 6.

And my 2013 subaru is undergoing an “oil consumption” test as we speek.. 3/4 of a quart of oil usage over 3,000 miles. Too much for me but still barely within mfr specs. Considering my 2006 mazda uses the same 20w oil and uses zero oil between changes.

That’s awesome. Mine was a 1989 XT, it was a trip from San Barnardino to Phonix in late June that did it in, overheated, warped and cracked both cyclinder heads.

I had a 1.8 L subaru go ka-blowie on me. I wish I could have done this to the enitire engine.

From this concept it will become a 2 door forester.

Wholy shit Ralph, I totally know where that is. South River Road just south of West Sac. Used to ride my bike on that road on a regular basis. Never saw an alpha on that road, mostly fisherman and weekend motorcycles.

Or this one for 6k.

And I was helping a guy pull his bumper out from his tire this morning after hitting a deer. At least here in Montana we can legally take the deer home and eat it after hitting it and killing it.

Ba-dum tsss

Nothing, really not a darn thing. An I8 on the other hand...

“Torched” to the moon.
