Did anyone notice Paige doing the finger-rubbing method during her conversation with Matthew while she was sitting at the desk? They didn't focus on it at all. Is this the first time they've showed that other than the very first time she did it, when it was a big part of the scene?

The song being sung by the choir is "As I Went Down to the River to Pray." It's a spiritual, and it's most famous pop-culture usage is probably the baptism scene in "O Brother, Where art Thou?" Hard to tell on the dinner song.
