None of them would have voted for Hillary, but it’s likely that a lot more of them would have stayed home and not voted for Trump. It’s likely that the reverse would be true as well (a lot more liberals/centrists may have gotten out to vote for Hillary).

Anti-vaxxers are only seen as a liberal thing because its best known proponents are celebrities (and therefore liberal by default). But in reality, the “movement” is split pretty much evenly across the aisle. It’s a movement for (mostly) wealthy (entirely) idiots, not a political divide.
