frame rate isn't nearly as framerate CONSISTENCY to me. framerate locking is much more critical to the experience.. otherwise you get situations where FPS spikes from 60fps ->5fps ->30fps which is jarring

human eye cannot process any faster then 200 FPS. so if any number was slapped on 'real world FPS' i'd say 200. as far as resolution it'd be 40,784 x 26,800 or about 576 MegaPixels. That's the resolution at which Human eye operates.
