The PC market is always cannibalizing itself — PCs continually become cheaper and more powerful, and the margins on selling them are extremely tight. Hardware consolidation is a simple market inevitability but I don't know that it will "save" PCs as a gaming platform (or as any sort of platform).

Was the laser tag place at least well ventalated? I went to one one time thinking it had cool smoke effects, but no, that was dust. I got some kind of lung dissorder from that.
